I am a Licensed Marital and Family therapist (LMFT) in private practice.  I received my Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Southern Nazarene University in 2006. I am trained in PREP (Prevention and Relationship Enhancement Program) which is part of the Oklahoma Marriage Initiative.  This program assists couples in enhancing their communication skills. I am trained in PREPARE/ENRICH which is a relationship inventory and skill building program to help couples build their relationship skills.  I am a certified Marriage on the Rock trainer.  This was created by Jimmy Evans and is based on biblical principles that convey "If your marriage is built on the right foundation it has a 100% chance of succeeding".  I am a State of Oklahoma Approved LMFT Supervisor.

My passion is to help couples and individuals maneuver through the storms of life. I provide tools to help couples connect reconnect and stay connected.  I provide premarital counseling to assist couples in starting their life together. I assist individuals in identifying negative patterns and aid them in making positive changes to reach their desired destination and goals.
